The Company:
Established over 100 years ago this large mid tier builder are one of Australia's leading contractors and have one of the best reputations in the country. With endless land mark projects under their belt they are continuing to secure project after project throughout Australia and find themselves in a great position for 2018
 
Their Sydney operation has been particularly busy and looking good on three School projects in the Sydney metro area ranging from $20m to $50m hence they need to grow their team and start recruiting for these projects and are in need of an experienced Site Manager. 
 
The Project:
They have 3 School project kicking off in the NY and we are interest to hear from experienced Site Managers who are have Schools experience. 
 
This well established builder are in need of a Site Manager to join their team and what they offer in return is a long career with challenging projects.
 
To be successful for the role of a Site Manager you will need: 

• A trade background
• A minimum of 10 years experience delivering your own projects
• A strong Commercial/residential background
• Experience on projects of $30M plus
• Stability on your CV
• Able to write your own programmes
• Able to mentor the younger Foreman

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Site Manager to join one of Australia's largest builders who are able to offer a long run of work.
