An up and coming tier three builder who have a new $8.4m Education project in Western Sydney kicking off are actively looking for a Site Manager on a permanent basis. 

The company in question are a family run builder who have offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane working in the education, Age Care, Childcare, retail and commercial markets delivering construction and fit out projects up to $20m.

The initial project is a knockdown/New build school in Western Sydney. The scope retains the existing facade, all other internal structure is demolished to make way for an underground car park and 4 levels for the new facility. 

We are looking for an accomplished Site Manager with experience to deliver a complex project working along side a site based CA and a labourer. We will need someone who is able to work autonomously reporting to a Project Manager.

Being on the ground here in Sydney for the last 5 years the opportunity to grow and develop with the team to Senior SM will be available to you.
