About the Company

This well-established builder who were founded in QLD are known for delivering projects across government, commercial, education, health and aged care sectors.  Predominantly completing fit out projects up to $5M and more, who also complete new build construction projects up to a value of $10M.
  
About the Role – Site Manager

Due to upcoming projects across the health sector that are due to commence in the next few weeks, there is a requirement for an additional contract Site Manager to run a health refurb/ fit out project, assisting with the overall workload of the team.  As a business they often bring on additional Site Managers during project peaks and with the run into the end of the financial year they are looking to be busy over the coming months.
  
Skills and Experience 
  • Come from a trade background
  • Previous experience with a known builder
  • Experience on health sector refurb/fit out projects
  • Fit out and refurb experience essential
  • Must have QBCC supervisor or builder licence
  • Must have current and up to date First Aid
