Job description
The Company
- Working within the construction and property sector offering Project Management, Constrcution Management services in the commercial, retail, residential and industrial sectors.
- Excellent relationships forged over two decades working in the Sydney Property market. You'll repoort to the busines owner and build a team around you as the company grows and expands. The initial project for a Fire upgrade project based in Sydney West with another project in negotiation in the Parramatta area.
- Coordinating works associated with a fire upgrade to a block of apartments in Sydney's West
- Scope of works: Install of new Hydrants & Pumps, Dry Fire to all (27) apartments, New fire doors to apartments, miscellaneous BWIC works.
- Excellent people skills, managing contractors and occupiers.
- Highky organsied with clear communication skills - updating the PM with planned and exacuted work.
- High level of WHS coorination - Live environment - ensure all contractors follow the safety management plan.
- Good construction knowledge, and services upgrade experience is ideal but not essential
