Job Title: Site Administrator - Blue Mountains Construction Project
Location: Blue Mountains, NSW
Position Type: Part-Time (Up to 3 days a week)
Working Days: Flexible
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Flexible within reason)

About Us: Our client is a reputable construction company committed to delivering excellence in every project they undertake. We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Administrator to join their team and contribute to the success of a construction project in the picturesque Blue Mountains.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and organize project documentation, including contracts, permits, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project operations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project expenses, budgets, and invoices.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other project-related documents.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment for the construction site.
  • Handle general administrative tasks to support the project team.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an administrator or similar role, preferably in a construction environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with construction industry processes and documentation is a plus.
Working Conditions:
  • Part-time position (up to 3 days a week) with flexible working days.
  • Working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility within reason.
  • The role is based on the construction project site in the Blue Mountains, providing a unique and scenic work environment.
