- Manage and organize project documentation, including contracts, permits, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project expenses, budgets, and invoices.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other project-related documents.
- Manage office supplies and equipment for the construction site.
- Handle general administrative tasks to support the project team.
- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role, preferably in a construction environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Familiarity with construction industry processes and documentation is a plus.
- Part-time position (up to 3 days a week) with flexible working days.
