Service Advisor / Foreman – Truck & Trailer Repairs
Location: South of the River, Perth
Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 + Superannuation
Hours: 38 hours per week with early Friday finish
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Are you a qualified mechanic with a passion for the heavy vehicle industry? We are seeking a Service Advisor / Foreman to join a fast-paced, high-performing team in a busy truck and trailer repair workshop south of the river.
This is a hands-on role that will suit someone with a strong mechanical background – ideally with Heavy Diesel (HV) or Light Vehicle (LV) repair qualifications – who is ready to step into a leadership and customer-facing position.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day workshop operations, liaising with customers, providing service advice, and ensuring high standards of repair and maintenance. The role is integral to the smooth running of the workshop and requires someone confident in managing workloads and communicating effectively with both technicians and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries and service bookings
- Manage workflow and job allocation across the workshop
- Provide technical support and guidance to workshop technicians
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to high standards
- Maintain service records and job documentation
- Assist with parts ordering and workshop administration as required
- Trade qualified in Heavy Diesel (preferred) or Light Vehicle
- Previous experience in a workshop leadership, foreman, or service advisory role
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical knowledge of trucks and trailers
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable working in a high-pressure retail environment
- Team player with a proactive and hands-on approach
- Permanent full-time position
- Attractive salary of $100–110K + super
- 38-hour week with an early finish every Friday
