Summary
CGC Recruitment are working in collaboration with a WA owned & operated commercial building head contractor who are currently delivering a $30m+ Shopping Centre redevelopment based SOR and are seeking a Senior Site Manager to take the lead on the project.
The Client
The business have been established for over 15 years in Perth, with WA based Owners & Directors - with over 20 staff, they sit in the larger tier 3 commercial building space, delivering projects in the $5-50m range across a range of sectors - Commercial, Shopping Centres, Industrial, Government etc.
With several of the senior leadership team having been with the business for 10+ years, and strong retention rates - its a great opportunity for a senior site manager looking for a long term opportunity.
The Role - Senior Site Manager
The project is well resourced, with 2x Supervisors on the project, however they are looking for a strong lead, who can take ownership of the project and site.
You'll be supported by an experienced Director & Project Manager, coupled with an experienced site delivery team - overseeing all site management responsibilities.
