Job description

Our client is a privately owned tier 3 builder with project in high-end resi, hospitality, commercial and industrial sectors. They have emerged as one of the up and coming Sydney builders over the past 8 years & have grown year on year throughout their history. The directors of the company enjoy being involved in the day to day running, largely focusing their time in the design management process.

The Role:
Due to an increase in the size and number of projects they have taken the decision to bring on a Senior Site Manager to run a block of high-end apartments in Drummoyne. You will be responsible for running your site making sure that all work is being carried out by trades to the programme provided by your project manager..

Experience:
The ideal candidate will have the following experience

Able to lead a team and drive team
Have experience delivering hospitality projects
Have stability on your CV
Able to work in team environment
Able to lead from the front
Be well presented and a good communicator to clients and sub-contractors
