Position Overview: You will play a pivotal role in overseeing and successfully delivering a range of high-profile projects whilst reporting to the state Director. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, particularly in the luxury retail and hotel sectors. Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience as a client-side Project manager
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in luxury retail, high-end residential, hotel, and commercial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • An ability to network and develop business is strongly desirable
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project management staff.
  • Oversee the coordination of all project activities, including design, construction, procurement, and quality control.
  • Anticipate potential market developments and bring proactive solutions to ensure business development and networking
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance the consultancy's reputation and promote repeat business.
  • Reporting to the State Director
