The Company
  
Our client is one of Australia’s largest privately-owned construction companies who turn over in excess of $1B and have a combined workforce of over 400 people that deliver works within federal, state and local governments as well as private institutions and blue-chip corporates.
  
You will work across interesting D & C projects within commercial sectors that include health, education, leisure and industrial. This builder prides themselves in taking on interesting and complex projects, is a heavily customer focused builder and delivers impeccable results to a long list of repeat clients

The Position:
  
Reporting into a highly respected Construction Manager you will use your strong stakeholder and project management skills leading and coordinating of all participants on the project, ensure expectations are understood and agreed, program designed and developed than closely monitored whilst key milestones are met, and delivery performance and financial targets are achieved.
  
You will benefit from joining projects at the bid stages and will be able to help value engineer projects you are involved in.
  
The company are in a very strong financial position and the project you will be joining is running well, profitable, has high achieving team and nice client to work with.
  
Salary will depend on experience however a figure over $250K - $300K are achievable.

Key Skills / Desirable Background

• Tertiary qualifications relating to construction (civil/structural or construction management)
• Experience working within tier one or two contractor in the Sydney marketplace
• A strong design delivery background and experience with tier one or two builders
• Experience working across health, leisure or educational projects
