Growing at a controlled rate this well know builder operate in the commercial, leisure, hospitality retail, and age care sectors. They offer clients a full suite of services including new build, refurbishments and small works.
Their early success came from their refurbishment arm which is still to date their strongest division. It’s in this part of the business where a Project Manager is required.
This division take on projects ranging from $2 to $20m refurbishing major iconic buildings including hotels, office blocks through to top end retail outlets in the CBD.
Due to the size and complexity of we are looking for a first class Project Manager to become part of the refurbishment team. You’ll deliver a project with the assistance of a well-trained and dedicated construction team and you’ll play an integral part of securing work and ensuring the project is a success from inception through to completion.

You’ll be backed up by first class construction management and will be given all the tools necessary to do deliver.

This role would suite an ambitious, driven and enthusiastic “Fit Out” Project Manager with the capability of managing a $20m “fit out” project.

You may have hit a glass ceiling at your current employer and are looking for an opportunity to move to a PM role coming from either a Project Engineer or Senior Contractor Administrator background.

To be considered for this role you must have tier 2 / 3 fit out and refurbishment experience coupled with a solid career history working for a well-known and establish Australian building company.
