The Company
Established over 20 years ago this well established and award-winning builder has become a major player in NSW competing against the nation’s leading builders delivering diverse and innovative projects valued in excess of $100M. They have an annual turnover of $500M and employ in excess of 200 staff.
The Position
The Senior Project Manager will report into the Construction Manager and responsible for the management of all activity on the project, ensure the client relations are maintained and meet all contractual requirements set by the head contract.
You will have an emphasis on monitoring budget revenue and delivering a quality project whilst ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel. This will involve the successful delivery of the project in line with the corporate objectives and controlling and administering the D&C design process, directing design management in order to maintain buildability or budgets
The ideal candidate will have experience working in the aged care or independent living sector and have delivered several projects in excess $50M.
Salary will depend on experience however figures above $200K are achievable.
