We're seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead and support civil infrastructure upgrade works within the rail corridor.
About the Role
Based in Brisbane, you'll play a key role in planning, delivering, and overseeing a variety of civil construction projects within operational rail environments. You will work closely with our construction teams, clients, and key stakeholders to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Site travel across Southeast Queensland and regional areas will be required as projects progress.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage civil infrastructure projects from tender through to completion.
- Coordinate project planning, scheduling, and delivery within rail corridor environments.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Monitor budgets, cost forecasting, and project reporting.
- Uphold strong safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and project partners.
- Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent qualification).
- 5+ years' experience in civil construction, ideally within rail or infrastructure projects.
- Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects and deliver to program.
- Strong understanding of safety systems and rail corridor compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to site as required.
