The Role:

As a Senior Project Architect you will have an excellent technical skills, specifically with proven experience in completing construction documentation on medium / large scale projects. 

- Coordinating specifications and drawings with consultants
- Liaising with clients and building relationships
- Preparing construction documentation 
- Design detailing
- Coordinating drafting team
- Excellent knowledge of BIM / Revit
  
The requirements:
  

• 5 - 10 years local experience required across Design, Statutory Planning and Construction Documentation
• Strong communication skills 
• Must have strong technical skills and construction knowledge
• Must be experienced in Revit, SketchUp  
• Australia work rights
