Industry Leading Building Services Contractor/Provider who are in a solid position within both the Mechanical & Fire industry. Strong focus within the commercial sector with over 15 years of experience across sites such as Westfields, Knight Frank, Colliers & JLL.

The Role

• Reporting into the General Manager & Service Manager
• Diverse & Hybrid role, working both autonomously and in a team. 
• Client facing position for a highly technical technician in a lead role. 
• Providing preventative maintenance, servicing, diagnostics and repairing a variety of HVAC systems.
• Providing quotations for service & maintenance requests 
• Opportunity for the right candidate to head into a Leadership/Supervisor/ Management role. 

About You:

• Licensed Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Trade (ARCtick License)
• Current Driver’s License
• White Card
• 5+ years’ experience across commercial air-conditioning & mechanical systems 
• Be well presented 
• Carry leadership and management skills 
• High level of communication verbal & written.
