CGC Recruitment are currently working with a progressive tier 2 mechanical contractor who have recently picked up a number of new projects, and as a result, are looking to bring on board an experienced Senior HVAC Project Manager who has ambitions of progressing into a Construction Manager. 

The Client

Having been established in the NSW construction market for over 20 years, this leading tier 2 contractor have experienced significant growth over the past 12 months. Having strong relationships with national tier 2 builders, they have been consistently picking up new projects across a number of sectors that includes; Commercial, Health, Education and Retail.

The Role

In the position of Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall delivery of their larger scale projects whilst providing support to the project team. This position has been earmarked to progress into the NSW Construction Manager, which will allow you to manage the overall installation and commissioning on HVAC projects. 

Working closely with the Director, you will also build strong relationships with clients, liaising with the inhouse engineering and design team.
