CGC Recruitment are working in partnership with a well established Tier 2, privately owned mechanical services contractor in Victoria who are expanding their project delivery team by looking to bring on board a Senior HVAC Project Manager to work closely with the Construction Manager, taking responsibility for delivering key projects within the business. 

Due to their reputation within the Victorian construction market across both HVAC & Fire services, they have well established relationships with tier 1 and tier 2 builders, which often leads to repeat business from builders within the industry. 

Our client have successfully delivered mechanical services projects up to $30m (mechanical package value) across a diverse range of building types - including high rise commercial, education and healthcare being key project sectors. 

As a Project Manager you will have a proven background in delivering mechanical services projects up to $5m+ and this opportunity will enable you the chance to step up into a more Senior position, progressing into running larger projects. 

This is a permanent position that will offer a highly competitive salary depending on experience, ranging between $150k-200k package.
