Job Title: Senior Document Controller
Company: Transport for NSW (TfNSW)
Location: Rozelle, Sydney
Employment Type: Temporary Contract (12 months), with potential for permanent role
Salary: $600 - $700 per day + Super

The Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Document Controller to join our team at TfNSW. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the document control system and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of project documentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the document control system and ensure that all project documents are accurately recorded and stored
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure that all documentation is up to date and in line with project requirements
  • Review project documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Create and maintain project documentation templates and standards
  • Ensure that all documentation is stored securely and is easily accessible to project teams
  • Provide training and support to project teams on document control processes and procedures
  • Continuously improve the document control processes and systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure that all documentation is delivered in a timely and efficient manner
  • Monitor and report on document control metrics and KPIs to senior management
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a document control role, preferably in a construction or engineering environment
  • Excellent understanding of document control processes and procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to review documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in the use of document control software and systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
