The project:
Working on a $60M + project based in one of the best suburbs within Sydney.
The role:
This will be a full 360 Senior Contracts Administrator role, you will be managing 2 cadets and reporting directly to the Project Manager.
You will be highly proficient in all aspects of Contracts Administration including but not limited to variations, procurement, managing sub contractors etc.

- Minimum 10 years experience as a Contracts Administrator
- Tier 1 or 2 experience essential
- Residential experience a bonus however not essential
- Available at 1 weeks notice or less
- Strong communication skills
