Our client is a builder/developer who is just starting to build a large $200M apartment build just outside the Brisbane CBD. They already have some key staff on board to deliver the project and are looking to bolster their team.
The role – Senior Contracts Administrator
We are looking for a Senior CA to join a bsuioenss and be a key part of the project. You will be the commercial lead on the project working closely with the Project Manager on the project. You will have an intermediate CA already with the business reporting into you.
This project will run for well over 2 years with plenty more in the pipeline.

You will have:
- A completed construction management degree
- 10 years plus experience as a CA
- Worked for a recognized builder
- Previous high rise apartment experience would be advantageous but not essential
- Experience on projects of $80M plus
