The company
This highly respected builder who have been established for nearly 20 years have created a fantastic name for themselves in the QLD, NSW & VIC markets. They have been operating in the QLD market for the past 7 years are continuing to grow year on year operating in the residential, commercial, defence and health sectors, they are known for being a Highrise builder. Their projects would normally value between $30M and $200M.
The Brisbane office has recently gone through a key restructure and it is an exciting time to be joining this builder of choice.
The role – Senior Contracts Administrator
They are looking for an Experienced Contracts Administrator to join the QLD team. They don’t currently have a project in urgent need for a CA and this is more of a strategic hire if they can find the right person. They are looking for someone who is capable of being the lead CA on a $70M to $100m project.

- 10 years plus as a Contract Administrator
- Come from a tier 1/2 background
- Have experience working on large scale projects
- Showing stability with past employers
- Have experience with known builders in Australia
- Able to manage a team when necessary and lead from the front
- Be well presented
- Ability to cost report and handle large sub-contractor packages
