This enviable Tier 1 infrastructure contractor have rapidly expanded over the course of the last 10 years and have seen a significant increase in projects won resulting in revenue growth over the last 12 months and moving forward into 2020. They are now looking to expand into the transport sector in SE QLD and are looking strategically at opportunities to develop a foothold in QLD and take market share of the widely documented upcoming major road and rail projects in Brisbane and the Gold Coast. 

They have identified an opportunity in the Senior Leadership team for a Senior Level Construction Manager to work initially as a consultant to provide to provide strategic expertise to assist in wining work in the Road and Rail sectors. The position will involve leading the delivery of the tender submissions, providing input into subcontracts used, determining rates of productivity and developing a program for construction.  

The role is a senior level position and we are actively looking to speak to people who have a proven background of leading and delivering TMR projects to the value of $200ml+. Initially you would be engaged as a consultant but based on performance and project award there will be an option to develop into a full time role.
