The Opportunity
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team of 10+, embedding a strong performance culture.
- Drive growth with national accounts and OEM customers, strengthening long-term partnerships.
- Act as the commercial face of the division, delivering measurable sales and profitability outcomes.
- Play a pivotal role in shaping strategy, implementing new systems and processes, and embedding transformation initiatives.
- Work closely with senior leadership, influencing and contributing directly to the organisation’s growth trajectory.
- A proven track record of business growth with clear, quantifiable achievements.
- Experience leading and scaling sales teams of 10+ people.
- The ability to build credibility and trusted relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, resilience, and emotional intelligence to inspire teams and navigate change.
- Industry knowledge within hardware, industrial, or related markets (desirable but not essential).
- A proactive, results-driven approach to driving transformation and growth.
