Great opportunity for a New Homes Sales Consultant to join a successful investment & Project homes builder, in one of their show homes in the Brisbane area.

The products on offer are high end, and traditional 1 & 2 storey builds, as well as some custom designs - priced between $350-850k and above.

You will be greeting prospective buyers, as well as following up on all leads, marketing, enquiries and setting up individual viewings

It is your responsibility to sell the range of options available - by intelligent questioning, listening, and selling a solution fit for the customer

The market is very competitive so you will need to be very organised, tenacious, and flexible. An attractive package awaits - Salary + uncapped Commission

Person specification:

- Ideally, 2 years+ in a New Home Sales background

- History working with a known homes builder in the QLD market

- Passionate about the Homes / Residential market

- A high level communicator, written and spoken

- Vary familiar with site plans, and product knowledge to offer full range of options
- Flexibility to work weekends
