As part of an exciting expansion plan involving upgraded and new facilities in the South West, we are seeking a highly experienced and driven Safety, Security, Training, and Emergencies Manager to lead and elevate our HSE strategy across all operations.
This is a rare opportunity to join a forward-looking industrial manufacturing business that is investing heavily in its people, processes, and infrastructure. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and security of our workforce while supporting continuous improvement in a high-performance environment.
Your Impact:
  • Develop, implement and manage safety, security, emergency, and training systems across multiple facilities
  • Ensure full compliance with WHS legislation and industry best practices
  • Lead, mentor and manage a team of safety professionals
  • Champion a strong culture of safety and accountability throughout the business
  • Design and deliver training programs and emergency response drills
  • Partner with operations and leadership teams to drive proactive risk management
  • Play a key role in supporting safe commissioning of new plant and equipment during our expansion
What You Bring:
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a safety leadership role within industrial or manufacturing settings
  • Proven track record of managing teams and influencing at all levels
  • Diploma in Work Health and Safety (or higher) - mandatory
  • Deep knowledge of WHS legislation, emergency planning, and security protocols
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with a proactive and hands-on approach
  • Experience in businesses undergoing growth or transformation will be highly regarded
