Your Impact:
- Develop, implement and manage safety, security, emergency, and training systems across multiple facilities
- Ensure full compliance with WHS legislation and industry best practices
- Lead, mentor and manage a team of safety professionals
- Champion a strong culture of safety and accountability throughout the business
- Design and deliver training programs and emergency response drills
- Partner with operations and leadership teams to drive proactive risk management
- Play a key role in supporting safe commissioning of new plant and equipment during our expansion
- Minimum 10 years' experience in a safety leadership role within industrial or manufacturing settings
- Proven track record of managing teams and influencing at all levels
- Diploma in Work Health and Safety (or higher) - mandatory
- Deep knowledge of WHS legislation, emergency planning, and security protocols
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with a proactive and hands-on approach
- Experience in businesses undergoing growth or transformation will be highly regarded
