A leading provider of outsourced facilities and building management services in Sydney are looking to appoint a permanent relief manager to take responsibility for covering holidays and sick for the building managers on their portfolio.
The relief manager is a relatively senior position within the organisation, and previous relief managers have been promoted into regional and area manager positions. The relief building managers are also involved in the mobilisation of new sites, as well as the bid and tender process for new sites.
To be successful in this role you will like the variety of working on different sites, be flexible around work location and have a very strong background in residential building management, ideally across a diverse range of sites. Equally you will need a full driving license and your own vehicle.
