Job Description

CGC Recruitment are looking for an experienced 360 consultant, who ideally has come from a Government Recruitment background. The Recruitment Consultant will specialise in contract appointments on a high volume desk. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service existing relationships with Government clients to drive revenue and increase market share within these accounts
  • Manage a high-volume contract desk
  • Build and develop client relationships within new areas of business
  • Deliver on high volume and/or time sensitive requirements with speed and accuracy
  • Build and maintain a network of high quality, relevant candidates to present opportunities to
  • Operate a meticulous process in terms of keeping in touch with candidates and clients to get the most from each interaction
  • Assist in team strategy and development
  • Assist other areas of the business that interact with the government desk, e.g. payroll and compliance 
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of agency experience recruiting for contract appointments. Previous government recruitment experience is highly desirable
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
  • Accountability for your own success and evidence of high performance within current role
  • Entrepreneurial nature and proven commercial acumen
  • Proactive and positive approach with a strong work ethic
  • Highly process-driven and strong organisational skills
