CGC Recruitment are looking for an experienced 360 consultant, who ideally has come from a Government Recruitment background. The Recruitment Consultant will specialise in contract appointments on a high volume desk.

Key Responsibilities:
- Service existing relationships with Government clients to drive revenue and increase market share within these accounts
- Manage a high-volume contract desk
- Build and develop client relationships within new areas of business
- Deliver on high volume and/or time sensitive requirements with speed and accuracy
- Build and maintain a network of high quality, relevant candidates to present opportunities to
- Operate a meticulous process in terms of keeping in touch with candidates and clients to get the most from each interaction
- Assist in team strategy and development
- Assist other areas of the business that interact with the government desk, e.g. payroll and compliance
- A minimum of 1-2 years of agency experience recruiting for contract appointments. Previous government recruitment experience is highly desirable
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
- Accountability for your own success and evidence of high performance within current role
- Entrepreneurial nature and proven commercial acumen
- Proactive and positive approach with a strong work ethic
- Highly process-driven and strong organisational skills
