Our client are a leading contractor in the rail sector who have been recently awarded a package of works to upgrade 50km of Track in a regional area of Australia. The role is a 12 month contract and the client are currently looking at 10/4 FIFO/DIDO roster to ensure the safe and timely delivery of construction works. 

The role will involve coordinating and administering construction engineering activities to ensure that projects are implemented in accordance with plans, designs and specifications. You will also be expected to be involved in budgeting, cost tracking and forecasting of projects, as well as Quality assurance; RFIs, ITPs, Lot completion etc.

Scope of works will include Concrete Re-sleepering, Track Formation reconditioning and turnout renewals and we are actively looking to speak to experienced Rail Engineers who have a proven background in the delivery of rail projects in a brownfield environment.
