Job Description
Duties to include:
Undertake a Quantity Surveyor / Contracts Administrator assignments within the highways sectors. Liaising closely with the Head Of Construction Consulting, the ideal candidate must be able to communicate effectively with site staff and subcontractors.
Experience required:
- Competent in measuring from architectural
- Competent in the procurement of subcontractors and suppliers; from compiling and issuing tender packs, scope of works, analysing submissions, interviewing potential subcontractors / suppliers, negotiating, preparing contract agreements / orders, monthly assessments, valuing variations through to agreeing final accounts.
- Experience of producing monthly cost / value reports and quarterly cost / value forecasts at project level and business-wide level.
