Our client are a specialist Infrastructure Consultancy who focus across key areas such as Civil, Resources, Transportation and Water Infrastructure projects. There team of industry leaders are trusted experts across, cost estimation, strategic & commercial project planning as well as constructability methodologies. As of current market conditions they are experiencing a period of growth and have recently secured a 5 years pipeline of work with a number of their key clients and as of such as urgently recruiting an driven professional Quantity Surveyor to join the business on a full time basis. 

Reporting to Senior Management you will work closely with their key clients to provide sound commercial advice including providing detail of construction methodologies and preparing accurate details of cost plans and also be responsible for Quantity Measurements and precise preparations of Bill of Quantities. The role is an office based position in Brisbane and you will be given full support guidance working alongside some of the most experienced commercial and pre-contracts professionals in QLD.  

- Degree in Quantity surveying or equivalent 

- 5 years experience as a QS

- Prior Civil Contracting experience would be an advantage

- Clear and confident communications skills

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
