Contract Administrator – Fit-Out & Refurbishment Projects (Contract Role)
Location: Northwest Sydney
Contract Role – Immediate Start

Are you a skilled Contract Administrator ready to hit the ground running? We’re on the lookout for a contract CA to join a busy, well-established commercial builder specialising in high-quality fit-out and refurbishment projects.
About the Company Our client is a reputable mid-tier builder with a strong footprint in the fit-out and refurbishment space. Known for delivering fast-paced, detail-driven projects across sectors including commercial, retail, hospitality, and education, they’re now seeking support due to a high volume of upcoming and ongoing work.
The Role As a Contract Administrator, you’ll be working across multiple concurrent projects, typically valued between $500K–$5M. You’ll collaborate closely with Project Managers, Site Teams, and Subcontractors to ensure seamless contract execution and cost control.

- Prepare, review, and manage subcontracts and supplier agreements
- Procurement of subcontractors, materials, and services
- Manage variations, progress claims, RFIs, and EOTs
- Track project budgets and monitor cost reporting
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project compliance and timelines
- Assist in project close-outs and final accounts
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in the commercial fit-out/refurbishment sector
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a high-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
- Available for a contract role with the potential for extension
