Having operating in the Sydney market for over 10 years they have developed a reputation for producing a quality project on time and on budget. With the main bulk of their work within the Fit-out/Refurbishment market they have an established base of both client and subcontractors which they have developed over time.
By working with tier 1 property management companies they already have a full order book for the 2020 and are looking to grow the team to support the significant growth they are going through.

You will be office based which is located close to the Sydney CBD and you will be reporting directly to the Project Director. It will be normal to be looking after more than one project at a time and you will be responsible for your own site teams. You will be support by a Contract Administrator & Site Manager supporting you on projects.
To be considered for this role you must have:
- 3 year's experience as a Project Manager in the fit out and refurbishment industry
- Worked on commercial fit out projects from $2M to $5M
- Show stability on your CV
- Able to manage multiple projects
- Manage a team and lead from the front
