Our client are a mid-tier civil contractor with offices in both North and Central Queensland. They have a broad delivery capability which includes, Road Construction, Structures and Civil Infrastructure for Defence and Energy sectors. 

They are waiting the contractual award of a Road Infrastructure project which should have contractual close towards the end of the month. As of the instability of the current market due to COVID 19 this organisation are looking for expressions of interest for an incumbent to deliver the project on a causal contract basis in opposed to a full time position as of the risk associated with the next few weeks/months.

As Project Manager you will be responsible for responsible for the development and control of budgets, reporting of project progress, technical and delivery strategies, risk, project schedules, deliverables, commercial and procurement arrangements. 

We are looking to speak with experienced Project Manager who have a proven background of road Widening projects up to $15ml and knowledge of Main Road or RMS standards would be essential. They are ideally looking for someone to relocate to North QLD for a 6 month contract but would be tentatively open to a 10/4 FIFO Roster for the right candidate.
