From humble beginnings this builder have gone from strength to strength and are now developing their own projects up to $10m. Initially focusing on high end luxury refurbishments working with regarded Architects they have steadily grow the business working on larger more complex projects.
With two sides of the business - high end residential and commercial construction they are well placed for a fantastic 2021 and beyond.
The Role
There is the opportunity for a Project Manager to work on a number of high-end builds ranging in value $1-$5m. The initial project is a complex remedial job on the lower North Shore

The Role

Your Background:
- You’ll be a Project Manager with experience working on high-end Builds or be looking to get into space for the long term
- This role would be perfect for someone currently working for a tier 2 builder as a CA or PE and is looking to step up and get exposure to the high-end residential market
- You’ll have a fair management style with sub-contractors to ensure a quality finish on program while adhering to the companies IMS.
- You’ll be a team player who is looking for a long-term career with a young up coming builder.
- Long term opportunity to be part of the company’s growth and progress with the company.
- Exposure to all facets of the business, Builder and Builder Developer.
