A high-profile industrial infrastructure project south of the river in Perth is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of complex civil works. This is a site-based leadership role, managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors across:
Key Responsibilities
✅ Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
✅ Proven experience as a Project Manager on civil infrastructure projects in Australia
✅ Background working for Australian civil engineering main contractors
✅ Strong leadership, commercial, and stakeholder management skills
✅ Familiarity with Australian standards and construction contracts
✅ Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, site-based environment
✅ Full Australian working rights

- Bulk and detailed earthworks
- Drainage & roadworks
- Underground services
- Retaining structures
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project delivery from construction through to handover
- Manage all aspects of program, budget, quality, and safety
- Coordinate engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors on site
- Report regularly to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Oversee project financials, forecasting, and cost control
- Drive site culture, safety performance, and team engagement
- Resolve technical and operational issues in collaboration with site teams
