We're seeking a Project Manager who’s come up through the tools someone with a solid trade background in cabinetmaking, shopfitting or joinery, now running projects from start to finish with confidence and attention to detail.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing high-spec residential joinery and fitout projects from design handover through to final install
• Coordinating production, site teams and subcontractors to meet program deadlines and quality benchmarks
• Liaising with clients, designers, architects and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and exceptional results
• Solving problems on-site with a proactive, hands-on approach
• Ensuring safety compliance, site readiness, and efficient resource planning throughout

What You Bring:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience supervising or managing high-end residential joinery or fitout projects
• Trade qualification in cabinetmaking, joinery, or shopfitting essential
• A deep understanding of materials, detailing, and the technical side of custom joinery production and install
• Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills
• A genuine pride in quality workmanship and high-end finishes
