Key Responsibilities
- Plan, lead, and deliver water treatment plant construction projects from concept through to completion
- Manage project scope, schedule, cost, procurement, and risk
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental legislation
- Lead project teams, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
- Report on project performance and drive continuous improvement
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering (mandatory)
- Demonstrated experience delivering water-related construction projects such as water treatment plants, pump stations, or processing plants up to $2 million in value
- An understanding of water treatment technologies (reverse osmosis, membrane technology…) and construction practices (desirable)
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of Australian standards, WHS, and environmental regulations
- Full Australian working rights
- Able to travel to site on an ad hoc basis for commissioning works
