Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to manage and support projects, ensuring they are delivered efficiently, on time, and profitably. This role requires versatility across project management, estimating, supply chain coordination, and research & development.
As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the Commercial Manager, Sales Team, and Production Team to oversee seamless project execution while driving business growth. A strong background in project management, estimating, and customer service is essential. Proficiency in AutoCAD is highly desirable.
The role will be based on-site in their brand new facilities in Western Sydney with WFH flexibility on offer.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Identify potential roadblocks and proactively implement solutions.
- Communicate project progress and key milestones with stakeholders.
- Leverage project management tools to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Manager and Sales Manager to optimise quoting and estimating accuracy.
- Lead and manage large-scale, complex projects from inception to completion.
- Work closely with the Sales and Production teams to develop prototypes that enhance production cycles and reduce costs.
- Offer alternative solutions based on cost-effectiveness, manufacturability, and ease of installation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers to exceed project expectations.
- Experience in commercial project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to optimize production and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of wall paneling, ceilings/partitions, interior lining or joinery is highly desirable.
