Our client is one of Australia’s largest privately-owned construction companies who turn over in excess of $800M and have a combined workforce of over 400 people that deliver works within federal, state and local governments as well as private institutions and blue-chip corporate.
Work in hand includes 2 x large retail developments, several large school developments, health centres and a new hotel with several other projects in tender phase.
Reporting into a Construction Manager you will use your strong stakeholder and project management skills leading and coordinating of all participants on the project, ensuring expectations are understood and agreed, program developed and closely monitored, key milestones met, and that delivery, performance and financial targets are achieved.
You will be joining the project at the bid stages so must have experience working on front end delivery.
Salary will depend on experience however a figure of up to $220K is achievable.

Key skills / desirable background
- Tertiary qualifications relating to construction (civil/structural or construction management)
- A strong programming, financial management and project delivery experience with tier one or two builders
- Experience working across health, retail, educational or aged care projects
