Established Tier 3 builder who were founded in QLD and also have an NSW office are growing from year to year currently turning over around $170M. Their projects range from $1M fitouts to $20M refurbishments to a $50M new build in the commercial, retail, hospitality sectors. They are currently extremely busy in QLD and they are looking for a few key people to join the business.
 
About the role – Project Manager - Townsville
The business is continuing to expand and this well structured builder are looking at opening an office in Townsville. They have completed two projects over the past 12 months in the area which has helped them make this decision.
  
You will be the first person locally in the office and will be in a leading role for the business in Townsville.
  
Their projects will be in the commercial and defence sectors.

 
Skills and Experience

• Stability with previous employers
• Previous experience delivering projects of $10M plus
• Completed construction degree or trade background
• Have local knowledge and have a proven history in the area
• Ability to manage many stakeholders
• Good client relationship skills
