Established 9 years ago this highly respected D&C Builder who also deliver their own developments have created a fantastic name in South East QLD and due to recent project wins find themselves in a period of growth. Their project portfolio varies from residential high rise unit developments to luxury homes to agecare to education.
 
The role – Project Manager
Their projects are in various locations between Brisbane and the Gold Coast and they have two offices between the coast and Brisbane. They are looking for an experienced PM who has previous experience delivering residential apartment projects or mixed use projects of $15M or larger. This experience would have been gained from working with a well known Tier 2 builder or Tier 3 builder.
  
Your first project will be just outside the Brisbane CBD.
 
What you need to be considered:

• A construction related qualification
• Proven experience delivering multi-level residential projects as a PM
• Experience delivering projects $15M plus
• Stability on your CV with previous employers
