Role
As Senior Project Manager, you will manage the procurement process, coordinate subcontractors, liaise with your site team and drive the program to an effective and successful conclusion. You will also manage all correspondence with the relevant stakeholders including the client, consultants, designers and internal staff.

• We are looking for someone that has the capably to manage the entire project from procurement through to final accounts that understands how to manage programme and budgets.
• This particular Project Manager will be managing a complex knockdown rebuild of a medium density set of apartments value at $17m in the Eastern Suburbs. 
• If you're able to run a demanding project while managing multiple stakeholders then I would be interested to speak to you.
• You will need to be a well presented and well-spoken construction professional, who has previous experience as a Project Manager working on residential and commercial projects from $5 to $30m
