Summary

CGC Recruitment are working in collaboration with a WA privately owned and established Industrial and Commercial construction head contractor who have picked up several new projects starting in 2023, and as a result are now in the market for an experienced Project Manager to play a key role within the business. 

The Client

With over 20 employees, this WA owned and operated business have an excellent reputation locally, through both repeat business and delivering high quality projects to clients - specifically within the Industrial construction market. 

With a hands on Managing Director, this role will see you reporting in to the General Manager, as a key part of the senior management team. 

The Role - Project Manager

As Project Manager, you will take responsibility for delivering industrial and commercial industrial construction projects, mainly D&C projects - up to $25m. 
You may be across one or two projects at any one time, often depending on size of the project. 

You'll have full support in an experienced site delivery team, coupled with strong sub contractor relationships locally - crucial in today's construction market.
