A well known Sydney builder who are mainly know for delivering commercial projects have multiple projects starting over the next 6 months and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the business and deliver state of the art commercial complex project based in Surry Hills.

The project is located in an area with tight access and will have its challenges. The builder are looking for someone experienced who has proven experience delivering projects of this size and are able to offer a salary of around the $180K mark.

This well-known builder have down sized in recent years and now have a flat line management structure where you will be reporting directly to the owner of the business.

To be successful for this role of Site Manager you will need:

• Construction Management Degree background. 
• Have proven experience delivering apartment projects
• Experience with a known Sydney builder with good systems in place
• Stability on your CV is important
• Able to lead from the front
• Able to take full responsibility for the project
