This client side consultancy specialize in providing project management and technical engineering professionals professionals support to main tier civil contractors and client side organisations in SE QLD. They have identified an urgent contract requirement for a Project Engineer with a proven background in the delivery of complex infrastructure projects involving concrete structures. 

The role will report to the Engineering Manager and will involve providing technical engineering solutions, reviewing designs and making contributions to construcability reviews. The role will also involve supporting project schedule and activities throughout the front end development of the project, including concept design, planning, planning approval, detailed design, tender etc 

The role is an initial 6 month contract with possibility of extension so applicants must be available to start at 1 weeks notice. To be considered for the role you musty possess the following selection criteria:

- Minimum of 5 years Engineering experience 

- Degree qualification in Civil Engineering 

- 3 years experience working on D&C projects

- Must have a strong level of expertise within concrete structures 

- Ability to deliver programs of works with minimal supervision  

- Client side and contractor experience will be an advantage
