Job description
The Company:
This top tiered builder operate throughout Australia delivering projects from $1m to $350m they have 3 distinctive divisions including construction, fit out / refurbishment and small works. Its within their small works division we currently have requirement for a Project Engineer working on projects up to $3m
Working with a number of large blue chip clients you will work across a number of small project or devote your time to one working
predominately in the Eastern Suburbs.
The Role:
You will be involved in the full project life cycle from design, feasibility, construction and handover. You must have construction / fit out experience as a PE in the building industry be considered for this opportunity. Please note - If you are from the Civil Industry you will not be suitable.
Your Background:
A good understanding of Jobpac, tendering, scope of work preparation and letting trade packages in the interior fit out and refurbishment sector will be essential for this position.
Ideally you will have solid experience working for a tier two / three builder with solid systems experience. You may have hit a glass ceiling at your current employer or want to work for a builder who will be able to offer you vast career development.
