Civil Engineer – Major Industrial Infrastructure Project

About the Role
We are seeking experienced and driven Civil Engineers at various levels to join the delivery team on a large-scale industrial construction project in Perth’s southern metropolitan region. This project encompasses a broad range of civil infrastructure works, including site clearance, remediation, earthworks, drainage, road construction, underground services, and retaining walls.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage delivery of civil works packages to program and specification
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal construction teams
Prepare and manage project documentation including ITPs, RFIs, and reporting
Monitor and enforce compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and clients to resolve technical issues
Contribute to scheduling, budgeting, and procurement processes

Candidate Requirements

Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering (or related field)
Demonstrated experience on relevant civil projects with Australian main contractors
Sound knowledge of Australian construction standards and specifications
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively in high-performing site teams
Must have full Australian working rights

Salary Guide (based on experience):

Site Engineers: $90,000 – $120,000 + Super + ToT Vehicle
Project Engineers: $120,000 – $150,000 + Super + ToT Vehicle
Senior Project Engineers: $150,000 – $180,000 + Super + ToT Vehicle
