The Company:
 
We are recruiting a Project Engineer for a highly successful mid-tier civil engineering company who specialise in the construction of transport infrastructure projects throughout Perth metro and regional WA.
 
The privately owned contractor has over 30 years of trading history and works for a range of government agencies, local government and private clients with typical projects involving the construction of roads, bridges and pavement.
 
The Role:
 
Our client is keen to speak to aspiring Civil Engineers with a background working on transport infrastructure projects who are able to work on a 10:4 DIDO basis on a major MRWA road/highway construction project in regional WA.
 
Scope of works include – Overlay, Widening and Reconstruction/Upgrade of the Great Eastern Highway in the Southern Cross area. The successful candidate will be working closely with the Project Manager whilst dealing with sub-contractors and relevant local authorities as well as the client - MRWA.
 
Candidate Criteria:
 

• 3-5 years’ experience working as a Site Engineer or Project Engineer for a Civil Engineering contractor
• Knowledge of road construction including earthworks and drainage
• MRWA experience – highly desirable
• Ability to work on a 10:4 roster
• Civil Engineering degree
• MUST HAVE FULL AUSTRALIAN WORKING RIGHTS
