As Project Manager come Development Manager you will be working for a developer that can boast an exceptional pipeline of work in contract and still growing before the end of the year.
Developments are closely associated with bowls clubs and golf clubs aiming the active residential market and in turn aiding in the success of the clubs themselves.
  
Responsibilities are to include but limited to the following:
Site acquisition
Client and stakeholder management
Financial modelling
Feasibility studies
Planning and Approvals
Master planning
Design development
Managing / appointing Consultants and subcontractors
Marketing and sales
Managing the tender process
Managing Construction and driving contractors to practical completion
Reporting
  
To be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate not only in person, but also in your CV the following:
Experience in a Project Manager position working on residential projects
degree qualification
relevant product knowledge
Commercially astute
strong eye for detail
Driven and ambitious
'Roll your sleeves up' attitude.
