The Company:

My client is an award-winning design practice, specialising in delivering quality exteriors and interiors. They're a friendly, mid-sized architectural firm based within the Sydney Metro area, predominately working on residential, public and commercial projects.

The Role:

This role would be ideal for an experienced Architect looking to join a progressive, design team within a leadership capacity. 

As a Project Architect, you will be required to:
  • Manage clients and be able to give presentations
  • Ability to manage time-frames and budgets 
  • Manage a small team of design-oriented architects
  • Capacity to review relevant design documentation
The Requirements:
  • Full working rights and local experience is essential for this role
  • Tertiary Qualifications in Architecture or an equivalent
  • Highly skilled with Revit
  • Prior experience managing teams, clients and other stakeholders
  • Experience lies predominately within the front-end of things 
  • Excellent time-management 
  • Demonstrated experience in documentation and detailing 
  • Experience working on high-end residential and commercial projects is essential - hotel projects is a bonus
